Q. Is set-up and tear-down included in your price?
A. Always, there are no additional charges for this service, except with early set-up arrangements. A typical set-up will mean that one of our trained professionals will set-up the booth one hour prior to start time and will be on-site to run the booth and answer any questions guests may have during the scheduled rental time. Early set-up requires an additional fee of $40 per hour.
Q. Are photos black and white or color prints?
A. Both. You choose whether you want color or black and white prints.
Q. Do you have a limit on the number of prints?
A. Each session prints out either 4X6 prints or 2 strips of 2X6 prints. In all our packages the sessions are unlimited for the hours scheduled.
Q. What size are your photo booths?
A. They measure 7ft. high by 5ft. wide and 7ft. long and typically can accommodate 8-10 people.
A. Optional smaller size measures 7ft. high by 5ft. wide and 5ft. long and typically can accommodate 6-8 people.
Q. What color are your photo booths?
A. They are black with wine red curtains for the opening. Columbus Photo Booth Rentals also offer all different color backgrounds based on your preferences.
Q. Do you offer the photos on a CD or DVD?
A. Yes, all the pictures that were taken throughout the evening will be saved on a CD or DVD and handed to you at the end of the scheduled time.
Q. Do you offer customized logos and designs for your prints?
A. Simple designs like first names, dates, and Happy Birthday are free. For a reasonable fee a special design or logo can be made to print on all the pictures.
Q. Do you offer scrapbooking?
A. Yes, for an additional $75 you may get the scrapbooking option which includes one 12" x 12" black or ivory scrapbook, some metallic pens, special glue so that your scrapbook pictures last, and scissors for your guests to use. The Columbus Photo Booth Rental professional will assist by cutting the photos into two strips, giving one strip to the guest and one to glue in the scrapbook (not double prints, see below). At the end of the night you will have a lovely scrapbook full of cherished photos to remember for a lifetime!
Q. Do you offer scrapbooking with double prints?

Yes, for an additional $150 you may get the scrapbooking option with double prints which
includes one 12" x 12" black or ivory scrapbook, some metallic pens,
special glue so that your scrapbook pictures last, and scissors for
your guests to use. The Columbus Photo Booth Rental professional will
assist by cutting the photos into strips, giving each guest one copy to keep and one extra to
glue in the scrapbook. At the end of the
night you will have a lovely scrapbook full of cherished photos to
remember for a lifetime!
Q. How long do the photos take to print?
A. This is an important question, as speed allows more pictures to be taken throughout the allotted time. All Columbus Photo Booth Rentals pictures take less than a minute to print (a 4 X 6 photo prints in 16 seconds). Columbus Photo Booth Rentals uses only thermal dye-sublimination technology in our Sony printers that are guaranteed to deliver beautiful smudge- water- and dust-resistant pictures displaying crisp vibrant colors with natural continuous tones.
Q. What quality paper are the photos printed on?
A. Only high resolution photographic paper is used for your prints so they resist fading over time, just like professional grade photographs taken by your photographer. Just as you would not want your important moments to smear or fade away, the same goes for your photo booth prints.
Q. How easy is the photo booth to use?
A. Very simple and user friendly. Simply push the green button and the LCD screen will instruct you to smile and look at the camera. Within seconds your pictures are snapped and ready to print at a push of the button.
